Mehr Energy E&P has two subsidiaries: Parsian Kish Drilling (PKD), a field development project delivery company (engineering & management of Ahwaz EPD with 31 New wells and 9 W/O, Bibi Hakimeh and Nargesi Oil Fields production and desalting units renovation EPC and South Yaran Oil Field 22 new wells) and UTECH which is upstream technology development company.
